I Have An Old Msn Email Account That I've Tried signing into but i have forgotten my password. and i click on "forgot password" when it says to enter my msn email account it says its wrong or the captcha is when i know its not =/,,,can anyone help??

Reply:maybe you are typing something wrong, but ill have to clear something up with wat the first answer said, yeah msn have this thing if u dont sign in for 6 months they inactivate you email account, they DONT delete your account, when you get into your account you can reactivate your email account
Reply:Well, MSN has a fun policy where if you don't logon for something like 6 months, they just delete your account. So, that may be your problem. Otherwise, just take your time with the captcha crap. Sometimes the letters are questionable.
