Apparently, your 360 page comes automatically with your Yahoo! ID. You just need to go there, and click the yellow "get started" button.

360 is being phased out at the moment for a new Yahoo! profile site (but we will be able to migrate blog entries, friend lists, etc from 360 apparently). Here is the product blog post about it:

just go to edit info and press 360
