If I am understanding you correctly, you may have deleted something else?
You can't delete a Yahoo account. It will only delete if is not used for a few months I believe.
Perhaps you can rephrase the question?
I accidentally deleted the wrong yahoo email account is there any way to get yahoo to restore it?
