And is the process easy that anyone can open the email and transfer the money or what? I'm looking to send some money to someone who isn't very computer savy, and probably doesn't have a PayPal account.

The only way is for them to have a paypal account. Also, they have to have a bank account to get the money out.. Mail them a money order.
