Suddenly I can't download attachments on my emails. Has Yahoo done something different recently? These files can be forwarded to another ISP email and work just fine on the same computer. HELP! Thanks!
Why can't I download files on my email account?
I have the same problem! I can't open files in my email, but I seem to be able to open them in "my photos" and "my attachments" (on the left side under folders); however, this is a major pain. Would appreciate some help. I can't open or save -- just get an hourglass and the "download to" line is suddenly vacant. I've had the same problem with photos and documents and it's hit or miss.
