Is there a way i can delete my yahoo email account?

Really the only way to totally delete an e-mail account is to terminate the entire account, which means e-mail, Messenger, everything Yahoo!.


According to http://help.yahoo.com/help/us/mail/acces... if you wish to delete an account you can simply wait several months and hope Yahoo! does it for you. Or ....


If you want to terminate a Yahoo! account immediately, follow these three steps.


First, cancel any and all paid services you have with that account.


Second, delete ALL personal information anywhere on Yahoo!.


Third, go to http://help.yahoo.com/help/us/edit/edit-... and follow the instructions on the page. Read the entire page and be sure you understand everything, including the reasons for the first two steps that I outlined above. A link for the Yahoo "Account Deletion" page is there. There is no way of reversing the process once you've finished.

Click on help option right on the top and then fill the question "How to delete Yahoo account", it will tell u step by step procedure and remember 1 thing that u would not b able 2 use that same dropped id for nxt 3 month or so........
