i have not checked my email for a long time. i have over 300 emails in my inbox, but can not see any of them. when i attempt to check the mail it says error. i would be happy to even completely delete it all, but can't figure out how to. i need to clear this up quickly, as i can not use the email account at all at present. any suggestions?

In the top of the page on E-mail
You will see a little box that says beside: Clear all in blue letters.
Put a check mark on that box and hit delete.
That should do.
