It won't let me make a yahoo email account for my wife. When i select new user Sign Up, it just goes blank

I need to set my wife up with a yahoo email account but when I try to go to Sign Up New User, it just goes to a blank page.

Hey, there could be a possibility that since you have a yahoo account, you might have set the cookies to keep you signed in for 2 weeks when this happens, one must clear out the cookies and temp internet files, i presume you might have done that.





If you still encounter the same problem try a different web browser (firefox / netscape)





Moreover it just could be a problem with Java scripting as the new registration page has more of scripting to enhance user capabilities.
Reply:You may possibly have a corrupt cache file -- it makes all KINDS of things go wonky. Try this: clear your history, temporary files (these will take a while.) %26amp; cookies, restart the computer and retry.
